Sources and Methodology
Study summaries are organized from authoritative public material and are reviewed on a recorded schedule.

Review method
Each study-guide chapter has a source record, a completed review date, and a next-review deadline. Editors compare material with the linked official pages, correct meaningful changes, and only then update the review date.
What the source labels mean
“MTO-based” means independently summarized from official material. It does not mean written, approved, or endorsed by the Ministry. For an actual legal or licensing decision, consult the current official source or a qualified professional.
Corrections
Potential corrections can be reported through the contact page. The editorial policy explains how corrections are assessed.
