These terms govern use of DriveTest Pro. Last updated August 11, 2026.

Independent study service

DriveTest Pro is an independent preparation tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation, ServiceOntario, DriveTest, or Serco Canada Inc. It does not issue licences, administer official tests, provide legal advice, or guarantee a passing result.

Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, and activity under your account. Do not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.

Subscriptions and payments

Displayed prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options apply at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe. Except where law requires otherwise, access and refund treatment follows the checkout terms and applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, evade access controls, scrape or reproduce substantial question banks, probe other users' data, submit malicious instructions, or use the AI assistant for unlawful or harmful activity.

Content limitations

Study material and AI responses can contain errors or become outdated. Always confirm current legal, licensing, fee, test-centre, and operational information with official Ontario and DriveTest sources.

Intellectual property

The site's original interface, organization, explanations, and software are protected by applicable law. Government source material and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and changes

Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. Material changes to these terms should be published with an updated date. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
